离散元法及其在铲斗设计中的应用Discrete Element Method and Its Application to Bucket Design

摘要(Abstract):
介绍离散元法的基本理论及研究现状,阐述离散元法在铲斗设计中的应用现状和最新进展,并结合课题组的研究成果,将离散元法用于矿用挖掘机铲斗分析。通过采用EDEM软件,建立待挖掘物料的仿真颗粒模型,对矿用挖掘机铲斗的对数螺旋轨迹进行合理的简化,对其以不同岩石为挖掘对象时的挖掘过程进行离散元仿真,获取铲斗与物料的接触力情况以及物料在铲斗内的填充信息,实现挖掘物料的可视化。该方法可为不同物料下铲斗的优化设计提供一种具有良好发展前景的途径。
